Then Iran will shut off the Hormuz Strait.

Then the United States, Israel and their allies will attack Iran.
Then Iran's allies, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization coalition, will step in and help Iran.

Then World War Three will be in full bloom.

How soon?
It can be as early as :
February 5th. 2012 can be the first step.

February 6th. 2012 and thereafter  can be the military actions.
